G-ABLE Secures Major Stake in Round 2 Solutions, Becoming Leader in Smart Business Application through Strengthening Foundation and Inorganic Growth, Aiming for Significant Expansion within 2 Years.
G-Able Public Company Limited, a leading 'Tech Enabler,' has implemented its strategy by securing a major stake of 75% in Round 2 Solutions, a leading digital transformation consultant and expert in SAP, ERP, and Salesforce (CRM) systems. This synergistic partnership enables G-Able to become a full-scale tech enabler, providing a complete suite of solutions from IT infrastructure systems to smart business application. This move enhances G-Able's capability to fulfill an organization's needs across all functions and aligns with the equation strategy of Sustainable = Smart + Secure, resulting in improved competitiveness to support mega project biddings and future growth. This further strengthens Q1/2024's results with an unprecedented level of backlog of 5,569 million baht, representing a 51% increase over Q1/2023.
Dr. Chaiyuth Chunnahacha, CEO of G-Able Public Company Limited, revealed that "The Company has reached an agreement and acquired a 75% stake in Round 2 Solutions Co., Ltd., with an investment value of 330 million baht, using part of the funds raised from the IPO. This move aims to strengthen G-Able in driving its strategic plan to become a leading smart business application provider in Thailand by leveraging world-class ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software innovations to appropriately address both public and private sector strategies. This also enhances competitiveness in the rapidly changing digital era. Round 2 Solutions Co., Ltd. is considered a leading technology company in Thailand with over 10 years of expertise and experience in ERP and CRM platform integration. It has a customer base of more than 40 large enterprises and is a leader in system planning, installation, and support services for SAP and Salesforce in Thailand. With the expertise and experience of Round 2 Solutions Co., Ltd., G-Able's IT infrastructure services will be significantly enhanced, enabling seamless integration with application systems, operating systems, and various other systems. Additionally, it bolsters G-Able's digital transformation capabilities, from strategic consulting and technology development to IT infrastructure setup and the provision of world-class technology and software. This partnership increases competitiveness in new project bids and revenue growth. In 2023, Round 2 Solutions Co., Ltd. achieved sales and service revenue of 235.9 million baht, growing by 17.8% from the previous year, with a gross profit margin of 29.3% and a net profit margin of 10.6%."
