GABLE sets its IPO price at 6.39 baht per share available for subscription on April 26-28, is ready to invest in high-profit margins business portfolios to support S-Curve growth.

G-ABLE Public Company Limited (GABLE) announces the IPO selling price at 6.39 Baht per share, available for subscription between April 26 – 28, aiming for SET trading on May 9, 2023. The funds raised will support investment plans and business opportunities, including being the growth engine for future growth with G-Able’s proprietary software and a new S-Curve creation for G-Able’s growth.

 

Most recently, G-Able signed an IPO contract with Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited as a financial advisor and underwriter, together with senior executives from co-distributor and underwriter securities companies consisting of Krungthai XSpring Securities Company Limited, Krungsri Capital Securities Public Company Limited, Globlex Securities Company Limited, KGI Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Trinity Securities Company Limited, Beyond Securities Public Company Limited, and Yuanta Securities (Thailand) Company Limited.

 

Mr. Somphob Keerasuntonpong, President and Executive Director of Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited as a financial advisor and underwriter for the sale of newly issued ordinary shares of G-Able Public Company Limited, or GABLE, reveals that G-Able has set the price for an IPO of 175,000,000 shares, representing 25% of the total number of issued and paid-up ordinary shares of the company after the IPO, at 6.39 Baht per share, with the par value at 1 Baht per share, to be available for subscription between April 26-28.  It is expected to be traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) under the Information and Communication Technology sector on May 9, 2023, with the abbreviation “GABLE”.

 

The offering price of ordinary shares at 6.39 Baht per share is an appropriate price level considered the interesting highlights of GABLE as a business that has been in the IT industry for more than 33 years, has more than 30,000 large-scale development projects, as an experienced management team, and has over 1,000 IT and technology experts, reflecting the stability and sustainability of its business.  Despite the rapid changes in technology G-Able is able to withstand the times and stand behind the digital transformations of more than 1,000 customers.  The recurring income structure at the end of 2022 was at a high level of about 51% and has gained investors’ confidence.  The income of G-Able is continuously stable.  In addition, the proprietary software platform business and its copyright enable G-Able to leap forward with a new S-Curve growth.  With these factors, G-Able received excellent feedback during the roadshow to provide information to institutional and general investors and is confident in creating a continued strong growth in the future.

 

Dr. Chaiyuth Chunnahacha, Chief Executive Officer of G-Able Public Company Limited or GABLE, reveals that the company is ready to move forward with business expansion. This IPO offering is another milestone that will support G-Able’s growth according to the set strategies, both business-wise and as a society-driving force, to become the leading technology company in Thailand.  From the approximately 1,118.25 million Baht expected from the fundraising, 560 million Baht will be used to invest in related businesses with high growth potential to increase competitiveness and create long-term added value for the company, 280 million Baht will be used to repay loans from financial institutions to reduce financial costs, and the sum remaining will be working capital for operational use.

The performance of the Group in 2022 shows the revenue from sales and services of 4,731 million Baht, with a net profit of 268 million Baht, which has been growing over the past 3 years and a policy to pay dividends to shareholders at a rate of not less than 50% of net profits.
